Ngiwunciphisa kanjani usawoti?

Abantu abaningi abazi ukuthi ukudla unosawoti omningi kakhulu kungase kube ingozi empilweni yakho. Hi! If I read labels on packed food, How much salt is recommended?

Hi thank you for your question. No most packages do not show the recommended salt intake although it does show much salt the product has.
