Can you believe it, its exam time already! This time can prove to be very stressful to some students. Did I study enough? What if I black out? What if I don’t remember the questions? These are some of the questions student out there ask themselves.

Having to deal with exam stress and anxiety is not easy and can lead to dropping out of university, poor marks, panic attacks, depression or worse suicide.
