5 reasons why walking is the best exercise

Everyone wants to stay healthy and fit, but we may not always get time to exercise, or we may not have money for gym. If this is you, don’t worry! There is an easy way to stay healthy and fit, and that’s by doing something most of us do every day: walking. You need to walk for about 2 and half hours a week to get the best results, which is about 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. But even less than this is OK – every step makes a difference!

Walking can help you:

    1. Lose weight – walking is a good workout and it will help burn calories

    2. Get more blood flowing to your brain, helping it think better

    3. Make bones and muscles stronger

    4. Stop stress, by making brain chemicals that help you feel happy and         relaxed

    5. Boost your immune system by making more immune system cells in the             body

Is it okay to walk 6km a day? Because from where i stay to work its about 3km and from work to home is 3km in total is equal to 6km. Am i doing any damage to my body or what?

I have been trying to loose weight with no luck. I started eating healthy as prescribe by a dietician with no luck
