Why should I be exercising?

Exercise is a good way to keep fit and healthy. It can also be lots of fun. It makes your body stronger and helps improve your fitness levels. When your body looks good, it’s easier to feel more confident.

Exercise will boost your memory because it causes your brain to release chemicals which are good for memory. This also helps you to sleep better and lowers your stress levels. And exercise gives your body more energy. The old saying “a healthy body leads to a healthy mind” is very true.

If you want to lose weight or be healthier, then exercise will help you to lose the weight safely. Doctors also recommend that you exercise if you are struggling with drug or alcohol addiction. It will help your body to stay strong during rehabilitation.

Everyone should be exercising 3 to 5 times a week. You can do 20 to 50 minute workouts per day, so that they are quick and don’t take up too much of your time.
